Dishwasher Lower Door Seal Kit
If your dishwasher is leaking water from the front, the most likely culprit is a damaged door seal at the bottom of the machine, behind the door. This replacement will help you keep your floor dry and our video shows you how to "fix it yourself".

eSpares Customer Fitting Tips (submitted by trefor, "Professional Tradesperson"):
- Switch off the machine.
- Completely remove old seal which is attached to both the door (crimped on but pulls out) and the front of the bottom stainless steel "well".
- The new seal fits on this bottom edge, holes facing towards you, through which the three clips go, flat side uppermost against the s/steel and the lower "shaped" part of the clip clamping the seal against the underside of the "well".
- When the door is closed it presses against the new seal in the "well".

Hi i have just purchased a bottom door dishwasher seal for my ariston (model LSI61)from yourselves. Do i need to remove the back of the door in order to fit the part. I presume i have the correct part, the part i have brought was for the LSI61/UK model (looks to be the identical part on the ariston website- looks slightly different to the one i have pulled out). - No you don't. You open the door fully and clip the seal to the gap at the bottom of the door. Make sure that the rubber hang down to make a seal when the door is closed.

How do we fit this seal to the Ariston Model LS601uk? The one we are trying to replace is different and we don't know. 1 Answer
The old seal isnt the same one as the one we are trying to replace it with. It says that this product fits our dishwasher model and we just wanted some more information about how to attatch it.
- I felt the same about our Indesit Evolution DE73UK. The old seal was crimped to the door. The new one fits with three clips, through holes in the seal, to the floor pan. Very simple but it works very well. If eSpares says it is the one for your machine I would trust them.

Hi Ssbrumy, I'm afraid the seal doesn't come with a manual. However it should be easy enough using the clips provided.
our model is an ariston LS601 KLS61S on the booklet we are seeking door seals ie bottom and top and sides, also the door catch 1 Answer

I have replacement seal sent no: C00056475. Am loth to remove old seal until I can work out how to fit new one with clips which is totally different to the original. Why no video espares? Thanks Mikelincoln
