The carbon filters should turn anti-clockwise and then release off the catches on the cooker hood. I have emailed a copy of the user manual for your reference.

Answer this question

I inherited a Firenze FCH660SS 949610828 cooker hood when I bought my house. It's not working that well as I get a lot of cooking smells in the house even when I use it so I reckon it needs to have filters fitted as there none fitted at the moment. This looks to be the correct filter but I don't have a manual for the hood and there's just a curved honeycomb cover over the fan with 3 flanges on the outside edges. Do the filters simply clip on the outside of this? Also how often should I replace them? Thanks.

These type of filters push up to the motor unit and then turn until they lock onto the catches on the machine.

Hi Sunnyside, unfortunately we don't stock filters for the CH61B, due to them not being made anymore because of the age of the hood. Sorry I can't be of any more help.
