Prestige Inspire 11" Pizza Tray

If you’re tired of a soggy base on your pizza it’s most likely because you haven’t got the correct tools! Therefore introducing the inspire 11” pizza tray – made from heavy gauge carbon steel, this fantastic tray has a non-stick coating. This has been applied inside and out to ensure that your pizza does not get stuck ruining the delight of your favourite treat.

The key to not having your pizza becoming stuck is a perfect mix of heat and airflow! Prestige have identified this and implemented holes throughout the base to allow the hot air within the oven to flow evenly cooking the base. The tray is oven safe up to 240°C which is optimal to get a crispy, great tasting pizza.
