This Non-Stick Roaster Pan from Prestige is made from highly durable carbon steel, ensuring the roasters longevity. It also features an all over non-stick coating allowing for ease of cleaning. The riveted handles will provide maximum safety and durability.
The non-stick flat rack will lift the meat so it crisps and browns beautifully, letting all those lovely juices drip into the pan beneath; perfect for adding to gravy. It is also removable so you are able to give it a thorough clean. The pan is also oven safe up to 240°C/475°F/Gas mark 9.

This is not listed as suitable but is made from steel so it may work on an induction hob.
