Bath-Mate Bathroom & Kitchen Sealant

A high quality, water-based sealant with good adhesion to plastic, ceramic tiles and porcelain. Remains permanently flexible and forms a watertight seal to most surfaces. Contains a powerful anti-fungal compound to resist mould growth. Can be over-painted, stained or varnished for colour matching purposes.

    We believe this product is a suitable outdoor sealant providing a 'semi permanent' seal in the same way as silicone mastic around Upvc windows when applies to a clean surface.

    Please check the surface is clean and dry before application and we would recommend leaving overnight to dry
