Cutting Disc Information:

• 1 x Extra fine grating disc

This has a 'rasping’ action that gives a very fine shred.

Ideal for grating hard cheese such as Parmesan, as well as chocolate and nuts.

• 1 x Fine grating disc

Suitable for hard cheese, chocolate and nuts, and also firm fruit & vegetables.

• 1 x Coarse grating disc

For firm fruit or vegetables, especially good for cheese, carrots, salad & coleslaw, apples, courgettes & raw potatoes for rösti.

• 1 x Thin slicing disc

Produces cheese slices and is useful for potatoes or parsnips to make crisps, and for thinly sliced onions & cucumber.

• 1 x Thick slicing disc

Perfect for slicing beetroot, carrots, cabbage, carrots, courgette, leeks, onions, peppers and potatoes.

Also suitable for cheese and apples, bananas and pears.

• 1 x Julienne disc
