Do I need any additional parts or is this the complete unit. The spring on the one I have is broken so I need to replace the complete part Many thanks

This is a complete valve assembly and will fit directly onto the tank without any further parts.
My dispenser on the outside of the fridge drips water at the sides when trying to fill glasses of water resulting in water on the floor, is this the right part?
