do these come as a pair. is it best to to replace both at same time or just the damaged one 1 Answer
The machine banged and the drum became very unstable on spin cycle. On wash cycle it almost seems normal. There was black grease/oil on floor in the area of the shock absorbers.

These dampers do not contain oil but they may be lightly greased. We would suggest if replacing change both together.
