Can you confirm that this is the whole unit? just a matter of replacing the existing one, not a service kit?

This is the complete assembly shown in the images on the part.
Coffee is being lost dripping down the back, so the drip tray is collecting some of the coffee that should be going into the cup. Do I need a new washer, or a whole new diffuser?
