- as washermike says that's what was wrong with mine, a bra wire, eventually broke one paddle off and broke off a couple tags on another
- There is something between the drum and tub. It could be socks or something from overloading or even a bra wire. If you put a torch against the drum at the bottom and slowly move the drum backwards and forwards you may see the problem.
