        This cleaning tool is approximately 75mm long and supplied as a single piece to sit it the drain hole at the back of the fridge.

        Highlite 'Advice centre' on our top line and scroll to 'User manuals'. If you download the user manual for the FF187EK you will see details for the door hinge reversal. If this is not clear when you remove the top hinge the pivot pin will unscrew allowing you to flip over the hinge and refit the pivot on the other side.

        The reason why it cuts out in this manner is likely to be that it thinks it is overheating. This could be due to a faulty thermostat making it too hot, poor ventilation around the oven or a faulty cut out operating prematurely.
