    Replace filters as per the instruction book or every six months if you are in a hard water area. Also use a de scaler to remove any lime scale like Stock Number: ES1541155

The iron makes the pumping noise but does not get water

    If you are in a hard water area it is probably blocked with limescale. Try using Stock Number: ES1641313 to clear the scale.

    There are a number of possible causes from a split or loose pipe to condensation build up on cooler surfaces. However the first thing to do (if you haven't already) is to flush with a descaling liquid to break down and clear limescale as this may be the cause.
