Kitchen Machine Puree and Sieve Attachment - KAB992PL (Chef/Sense)

As every chef knows, the texture and appearance of food is just as important as the flavour. When smoothness and consistency is critical, the Colander & Sieve is the tool you need.

The sole purpose of using the KAB992PL attachment is to help perfect the consistency of your soups, jams, baby food and its ideal for sifting flour. The puree and sieve attachment comes with 2 different screens, a small coarse screen allows you to sift your flour or a larger screen which is perfect for tackling larger ingredients.

The bowl has a 450g capacity which should be more than enough space to prepare your food and ingredients. To ensure a far superior performance kenwood have designed this with an adjustable paddle which gently pushes the ingredients through the sieve. This puree and sieve attachment is hand wash only and therefore is not dishwasher safe.
