Chef Aluminium 9 Wire Balloon Whisk - New Circlip Shaft

Got an omelette to make, but your mixer whisk not up to scratch? This 9 wire balloon whisk assembly may be the spare part for you. Once fitted to your kitchen machine making tasty food will be a lot easier!

The balloon shape of the whisk is great at creating high volume. While mixing air into the mixture, it will provide a light and fluffy texture - perfect for mousses, soufflés, meringues and cheesecakes.

If you need to mix dry ingredients like flour, salt, and baking soda, this whisk breaks up any large bits, often removing the need for sifting, due to its nine sturdy, flexible wires.

Specification:

  • Non-stick
  • The balloon shape of the whisk is perfect for creating maximum volume
  • Material: Aluminium
  • This is a New Circlip Type shaft but is suitable for both the old circlip and new bayonet planet hubs

Genuine spare part for select models of Kenwood mixers.

Please check the list of suitable models to ensure that this spare part will fit your kitchen machine.

It is not a good idea to place aluminium in a dish washer as it may corrode due to the action of salt.

Balloon whisks are used mainly for cream and meringues and not usually strong enough for heavier mixes like cakes.
