    If the heater checks ok and you have replaced the thermostat it can only by damaged wiring (unlikely) or a faulty control board.

No errors on display. Power button working fine. No loose connections in the front panel as far as I can see

    The problem is likely to be the heater so suspect this first.

    Check the heater element with a meter you should read 20 to 40 ohms resistance and the thermostat or cut outs will read less than 1 ohm.
