The glass is cracked and the bulb has failed on my new cooker hood (probably an installation issue). Which are the replacement parts please? And how does the glass come out - it is simple leverage?

Your lamp Stock Number: ES1673427 cannot (as far as we know) be dismantled and repaired and has to be replaced as a complete assembly.
