My pressure washer is not working when I plug in small sound and stopped then fused blown out can you tell me what suppose to be the problem.im thinking of the capacitor.please help.

There is a good chance the capacitor has failed. Carefully examine for signs of bulges or leaking fluid or smoke damage.
