Most hinge mounts can be removed by undoing a screw, then hook one end to the fixed hinge and fit the other hinge mount onto the flap and screw back to the cabinet.
I can only find a BEKO freezer flap with the dimentions of 415x230 on your website

I can't find the model number on my freezer but they look like these ones. Can you confirm the dimensions, please, I need 410mm x 210mm x 20mm
