Fitting instructions - can you help???

I'm in the process of replacing the hinges. Took the hinge off the washing machine and took the screws off the door itself now how do I fit the hinges inside the door into the sockets? I don't know how to take the plastic apart to get inside the door? I don't want to just force it as it may snap the plastic off? Any links to videos or instructions on how to do it? I'd really appreciate. P

  • Undo the four screws and the area just aound there then pops apart. Do not force the whole thing to come apart though. By sillygilly - West Sussex - 20 August 2009
  • The washing machine door does prise apart and wil not snap prise it on either side use a flat head screwdriver. look at how the hinge sits before u take it apart but it can only go in one way . the white plastic door will then just snap back together and then replace the screws. hope this helps By fixitpat - - 18 August 2009
