Beko condensor dryer

Hi the button for start pause made a crack sound, think I pressed it a bit hard and it seems to be pushed in now. If I keep presses hard on the button it comes on so the dryer is worksing but I would say i have cracked the button - would this part be what i need to fix and if so is it easy to do?

    It stands a good chance that this may be broken listening to your fault description. Examine it to confirm the damage before ordering, To dismantle disconnect and remove the top. Slide the polystyrene from the bracket on the control panel and use a flat bladed screwdriver to prise off the bracket. then remove the three control board screws and un-clip the control panel from the front. Then remove the board from the control panel.
